Each vendor must submit a full application and will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis and at the discretion of the Bare Hands Committee.
Vendors using grease are required to have some form of covering underneath cookware to prevent stains on public property.
Vendors can ONLY SELL PEPSI PRODUCTS during this event. You may not sell any beverages that are not part of the Pepsi Product Family (Pepsi, AMP, Aquafina, Gatorade, Izze, Brisk, Lipton, Manzanita Sol, Mountian Dew, Mug Root Beer, Naked, Ocean Spray, Propel, Pure Leaf Tea, Mist Twist, Sobe, Dr. Pepper and Sunkist) during the event. This includes, alcohol, sodas, water, and/or flavored drinks.
To help you with your drink purchase, Buffalo Rock will be delivering pre-ordered drinks to the site. To place an order, please contact Cristina M. Almanza at 256-371-2260. Drink Orders must be placed BY OCTOBER 30TH.
Vendors must dispose of waste in appropriate, predetermined areas.
If vendor fails to leave site clean, you will forfeit you $200 damage deposit
Food trucks will be responsible for their own power (run on their own generators).
Setup time and location shall be coordinated with the Site Coordinator.
Each application must be accompanied by the following as needed:
Food Truck or Trailer $250.00
12' x 12' Booth Space $200.00
Rental Tent (if needed) $100.00
Rental Table (if needed) $10.00
If you are selected as a vendor, and you elect to participate, booth fees are payable and due no later than October 20, 2018. They are non-refundable.
